Making tea

Water
The quality of your water plays a crucial role in the flavor of your tea. For the best taste, use soft or filtered water. If you're using chlorinated tap water, boil it first to let the chlorine evaporate, reducing any unwanted taste and odor. Hard water can result in a bland brew and leave an unattractive residue on the surface due to tannin precipitation. Choose the right water to enhance your tea experience.

Storage
Store your tea in a cool, dry, and dark place at a temperature up to 25°C, away from any strong odors. Keep it in its original, unopened packaging. After opening, transfer it to a resealable container—preferably made of porcelain, ceramic, clay, or glass—to maintain its freshness and flavor.

Hot brewing
For hot brewing, use 5 grams of tea leaves in a 500 ml teapot. Pour in water heated to 95-100°C (just after boiling) and let it steep for 5 minutes. After steeping, allow the tea to cool to below 40°C before serving. Enjoy your perfectly brewed tea.

Cold brewing
Add 5 grams of tea leaves to a 500 ml teapot. Pour in room-temperature water and let the leaves steep loosely in the water without a strainer. Place the teapot in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, strain the tea to remove the leaves and enjoy your refreshing cold brew.
